		<description><![CDATA[Having had the excellent fortune to enjoy Brock Seabrook&#039;s gastronomic talents as a personal chef for a few brief, shining months on his return from Southeast Asia and New York City by way of Atlanta in early 2011, I can only weep with envy that he currently plies his trade in foodie Birmingham and encourage everyone who loves delectably fresh food, knowledgeably prepared and beautifully plated, to snag a seat at one of Chef Seabrook&#039;s pop up dinners!]]></description>
