You can tuna a piano, but you can’t tuna fish!
Bahahahahahaha.

Does anyone else LOVE tuna?  It is absolutely my favorite diet food.   I love mixing it with light mayo, mustard & boiled eggs then eating w/ toast and fresh spring salad mix.  Yum.  Although recently I made the mistake of buying tuna in oil and not water… that I don’t like.  :0

For breakfast I am drinking berry goodness- I blend ice, water, 1% milk, frozen berries, 2 tsp ground flax seed, 1/2 bananna and honey.  If I have unfrozen fruit I opt for that instead and sometimes I throw frozen peach slices inside.  It is a great way to drink ground flax seed which is a great weight-loss aid.

Lunch  is either a healthy sandwich that I bring from home or just a healthy selection at a restaurant.  For example – I had some AH-MAZING grilled shrimp tacos at Camp Taco in Southside on Monday.  They were made on wheat tortillas with cilantro & fresh slaw with lime juice.

Dinner is…  wait for it… tuna!  Well, most of the time.  My main goal for dinner is to eat more protein and less carbs.  I also need to start eating more snacks during the day like cheese, boiled eggs & fruit so my blood sugar doesn’t drop too low.  When my blood sugar drops, that’s when I start craving CHIPS and other evil goodness.

I have rambled enough so I will talk about my exercise plan tomorrow.   And on unrelated news – my sister Rachel got engaged!!!
