I am sure a lot of you would agree that without your MP3 player, you probably wouldn’t workout as hard… or workout at all.

What kind of music inspires you?

I have a database of oldies-but-goodies, like The Killers or 80’s Pop, but usually I like to wortout to brand new cheesy pop music.  I also can’t keep any one song in my “running mix” for more than a few hard workouts… I grow annoyed of repeats.
