I have failed this week.  But I still lost .8 of a pound.  🙂

I goofed off this weekend and ate poorly, and haven’t been disciplined enough to make up for it.  FAIL.

In just a few moments, I will step on the scale to have it reveal a number that I don’t want to see.  But it is real, and it is what I have done to myself.

In the coming week, I promise to make it up… and keep moving forward.  No more “free” meals, no more multiple glasses of wine… no more!  At least not until I can get a grip on my weight loss.  This HAS to be priority #1.

This will be the last Weigh-In Wednesday that you won’t see me reach my goals.

Tomorrow I will post fun details about my half-ironman this Sunday in New Orleans… which will be a huge WIN!! 😀
