Sooo super-duper-looper-kadooper-booper excited to say that I have LOST 6 1/2 POUNDS in the past 4 weeks!!!  WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Last week’s weight had to be attributed water from the sodium that I consumed during the race & weekend of the half-ironman while in New Orleans.  That is the only thing I can think of.  Since the weight loss is so on target from weigh-in #2, I feel pretty confident that I am on the right track.  This is so encouraging!!

Friday I will share my meal & exercise diary from the past week.  Tomorrow, I am going to elaborate on some other important goals in my life.  THANKS for everyone’s support.  🙂
