It’s Food & Exercise Diary Friday!  Hold on to your excitement… I can feel it from here.  🙂

Monday:
Breakfast- Protein & fruit smoothie
Lunch- Salad w/ Lean Steak & Blue Cheese
Dinner- Lean steak salad w/ fruit & asparagus
Snacks- Walnuts, Fruit Cup in low-sugar syrup, 3 peanut M&M’s  (thanks Sara!)
Exercise- 45 minute run

Tuesday:
Breakfast- Protein & fruit smoothie
Lunch- Taco Salad- no shell, w/ beef, cheese, lettuce, avocado & beans
Dinner- The same  🙂
Snacks- Walnuts, fruit cup in low-sugar syrup
Exercise- 45 minute run

Wednesday:
Breakfast- Shredded wheat cereal w/ fat-free milk
Lunch- Turkey on wheat roll-up w/ Baked Lays
Dinner- Appetizers at Jackson’s in Homewood, 3 beers  🙂
Snacks- Walnuts & 3 peanut M&M’s

Thursday:
Breakfast- Shredded wheat cereal w/ fat-free milk
Lunch- Tuna Salad w/ Egg
Dinner- Cereal w/ fat-free milk
Snacks- Walnuts, 2 butter cookies (whoops), some of Mike’s dinner @ Surin  🙂 , 2 light beers
Exercise- 45 minute run

Friday:
Breakfast- Shredded wheat cereal w/ fat-free milk
Lunch- Tuna Salad w/ boiled egg
Dinner- Grill-out… chicken, sweet potato, asparagus, wine
Snacks- Fruit, walnuts
