I AM SHRINKING!!!!  BAM!

Breakfast: Fiber One Cereal w/ 1% milk & half banana; Lunch: Amy’s Enchiladas; Snack: Greek yogurt w/ oats & honey; Dinner: sirloin salad w/ potatoes & bleu cheese.

My spirits are pretty high this week.  Every now and then I get symptoms of energy loss, but they are mild and brief.  I have really enjoyed my daily 2.5-3.5 mile runs… especially when they are over.  😉  I plan to add some quick & short supplemental exercises post-run to help with strength.   I would really love to be able to do a push-up by the end of this 12-week cycle!
