Mondays are typically a kick in the pants for me since Weigh-In Wednesday is always looming closely around the corner.  It’s the same experience every Monday morning- I wake up and jump on the scale to see how much work I have left to do.  Another interesting thing I have noticed is that my weight fluctuates on a regular schedule.  Usually by Fridays my weight is down almost to my goal, then by the beginning of the week it “appears” like I weigh an extra pound.  By the time Wednesday morning rolls around my weight has stabilized to the usual weekly 2 pound loss.

I know I promised to have a new blog “look” over the weekend, but my goal now is to accomplish that this evening.  I also plan to couple tomorrow’s new look with a diet retrospective, along with some pretty embarrassing photos.  Be prepared for a good laugh.  😀
