Two fun things for today:

#1:  I’ve lost 14.5% of my starting weight of 192!  WOW!!

#2:  We got a copy of the official Carb Lovers Diet book last night!!!  And it is perfect in every way.  🙂  The book officially hits stores August 3rd.  (You can pre-order on!)

I hope they eventually make a Carb Lovers Book for athletes, as Sonthe suggested.  Regardless, I will be following the principles in this book long after I have reached my goal weight and as I start to train for my first Ironman next year!  As of this moment, I plan to continue writing in The Jen West Quest as I maintain my weight-loss & train for sporting events in 2011.
