My husband Mike picked up a good diet tip from work this week:  instead of drinking 10 million light beers, why not have a few high gravity beers instead?  In the end, it will save you a lot of calories.  Just don’t drink them as fast (like I unfortunately did last night).

I am going to be extra careful this weekend since my 12 week weigh-in & “after” photo will be taken bright & early Monday morning.  Very excited!!!  Even though our cycle is done for the magazine, I will continue on The CarbLovers Diet until I reach my goal weight of 150(ish).   In fact, I plan to follow this healthy eating program for the rest of my life.
